Yoga & Wellbeing Retreats at Cwm Connell

Tucked away in a peaceful corner of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, Cwm Connell is a place to step away from the everyday, slow down and rediscover the simple pleasure of being present.

Surrounded by ancient woodland, wildflower meadows and the ever-changing sea, our beautiful coastal retreat centre offers an inspiring setting for yoga, meditation, mindfulness and personal renewal.

Our purpose-built Yoga Shala provides a welcoming space for practice, while our seven beautifully restored cottages, communal dining space and nourishing retreat food create a wonderful sense of comfort and connection.

Between sessions, wander through the woods to secluded Ceibwr Bay, explore the spectacular Pembrokeshire Coast Path, relax in our hot tub and sauna, or simply find a quiet place to sit and listen to the birdsong.

Whether you’re looking to join a retreat or create one of your own, we’d love to welcome you to Cwm Connell.
