Perfectly located in The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park’s most unspoilt corner. Tucked away from roads, in a wonderfully quiet and peaceful location Cwm Connell is the perfect place to unwind and relax.

With stunning views of Cardigan Bay as well as the magnificent Preseli Hills you’ll find yourself quickly immersed in nature. From your cottage you can choose to follow the stream down through the woods to the little pebbly cove of Ceibwr Bay, or perhaps head along the coast path to the magnificent cliffs of Cemaes Head.

Designed with comfort in mind and an unrivalled attention to detail. We have six newly renovated cottages and a studio on site here at Cwm Connell, with cottages suitable for anywhere between two and six guests, and up to 24 guests in total. Our Spa

With a Marquis Hot Tub and hot coals sauna, holidaying in the countryside has never been so luxurious.

With uninterrupted wide blue sky views our mini spa is the perfect place for a little self indulgence and ‘me time’. A well earned treat for achy muscles and tired feet after a long day walking the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and a great way to warm up after a swim!

All our guests have free exclusive use of the spa for an hour each day.

With the Yoga Shala, The Hay Loft and a Retreat Kitchen we have everything you need to make your retreat work.

Our Oak floored Yoga Shala looks to the Coastline to the North and is a very special place to practice. The Hay Loft is perfect for group activities, meals and chilling out.

Use our rereat chefs or bring your own – we have a fully equipped retreat kitchen.

A true paradise on Earth, with not a slice of exaggeration. Where to start? The cleanliness and coziness of the cottages were impeccable, paired with modern appliances in the kitchen as well as a fireplace for the perfectly relaxing evening. Absolutely stunning location & the warmest welcome from Emma. We stayed in Yr Ffald as my husband is disabled, very well thought out & spacious accommodation for a wheelchair. We also have 4 dogs who thoroughly enjoyed the doggie paddock & endless walks….not to mention cosy nights in front of the log burner!. Perfect holiday…

Whether you are looking to switch off and relax or dive in and enjoy a wealth of activities Cwm Connell is the perfect holiday destination. Sitting next to the rugged shoreline with it’s gorgeous sandy beaches, and the Preselli Hills with their prehistoric settlements you’ll find yourself spoilt for choice. We regularly hold and host yoga retreats in our Yoga Hall and guests are welcome to join Alex’s regular classes during their stay.

Fantastic rural location close to the coastal path, beaches and sea. Very comfortable cottage with all required amenities. The hot tub and sauna were a hit after walking, swimming and kayaking. Great set up for dogs and the kids loved it too. Many thanks to Emma and Alex for being so welcoming and helpful, will definitely recommend!

We have just returned from a delightful stay at Cwm Connell. The cottage was exceptional: superbly comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully presented. The welcome basket of remarkably good bread and other delicious items from the local bakery was very much appreciated. Our hosts Emma and Alex were equally welcoming and made our stay all the more enjoyable with their warmth and wealth of local information. The Cwm Connell website was so helpful, with recommendations for walks, fantastic nearby beaches (we loved Mwnt beach), and local restaurants. It took all the effort out of finding the best places to go. We thoroughly enjoyed a wildlife walk with Steve Halton on our first morning, a yoga session with Alex, and relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the beautiful views. We had a splendid time and will definitely be returning.

Yr Ffald is lovely cottage as and described online. It has ramped access to the front door (although the concrete at the bottom is broken and there is a small lip/step at the top which makes it tricky to navigate for those in a wheelchair). The kitchen is well equipped with the basics and the beds are comfy. The hot tub was a big hit with the boys! Sarah is a fabulous host and was attentive, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The area is great for exploring - we recommend coastering at Ceibwr bay, Ffynone Waterfall (especially for those in search of fairies!), New Port Beach for paddle-boarding, Llys-y-fran reservoir (for a walk or bike-ride), Whitesands Bay for surfing and the Blue Lagoon for the fearless!

Wonderful setting, beautifully decorated cottage and friendly hosts. Just 20min to walk down to a pebble beach. Ideal for dog owners! There is a paddock where dogs can run free while you enjoy a fabulous sunset.

Amazing location, views are beautiful. Superbly dog friendly and lots of amenities including barbecues, washer and drier for guests to use. Short 20 mins walk to a pebble beach. We had the nicest time staying here. Would definitely recommend to dog owners looking for a nice holiday in the Welsh coast countryside.

We had the most wonderful stay here on our dog walking holiday in South Wales. From the moment we arrived, Alex and Emma made us feel so welcome. They are such lovely, thoughtful hosts who genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. The cottages themselves are absolutely picture-perfect. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed with incredible style and taste, while still feeling cosy and authentic. Set within beautifully restored old farm buildings that have been part of this landscape for generations, the cottages and gardens blend naturally into the surrounding hills and woodland, preserving the character of the area. The location is simply spectacular. With the Pembrokeshire Coast Path within walking distance, you're surrounded by miles of beautiful walking trails, rolling green hills, peaceful woodland, dramatic sea cliffs, and breathtaking coastal views. It really is a paradise for anyone who loves nature, hiking, and exploring with their dogs. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would recommend it wholeheartedly. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to returning.

Had the most lovely stay! Emma and Alex were so kind and communicative and the cottages are beautiful. We loved how environmentally conscious the cottages are and all the access to nature (Ceibwr Bay, the coastal path, etc.). If you’re in the area, absolutely worth a stay!

WOW! From start to finish this was the best place we’ve discovered from years of travelling to “dog friendly” places. This is the first place we’ve ever found to have covered literally everything you could possibly need / want during a stay. From the moment of arrival we were greeted and shown around the land and where to find anything and if we had any questions where to find someone to help during our stay. The cottage itself was very clean and very modern with amazing facility’s. The most impressive part was the attention to detail to everything inside, from small tags for the dogs collars to let people know where they are staying and contact information if they become lost, the goodie bag of treats and towels available with more being available within the grounds, the information packs inside with all the best beach locations and local vet information etc. The fresh bread, local honey/butter and milk that was left out for us was a very nice touch that we very much enjoyed! You can even use BBQ’s they have on site We had almost not booked this because of the “shared” hot tub and sauna facility’s, I’m so glad we did because even though it’s “shared” you can book an hour time slot and it’s very private and located with a stunning view across the fields. Overall I could probably write over 1000 words of how amazing this place is! If you love your pooch and want to go away somewhere that’s quiet, well thought out for both humans and pooches this is the place for you! This has now set the standard for our holidays away and can’t wait to go back in the future!
