Upcoming retreats

Going on a retreat is special. Taking time out to nourish and heal yourself is so important. We've created the retreat venue we would hope for; comfortable, peaceful, beautiful and well equipped. Take a look at the retreats and teacher trainings we are hosting this coming year. Whether you are interested in Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Nutritional Health and Cookery or Getting Creative we have some wonderful teachers leading inspiring retreats throughout the year.

Looking to take your practice further? We are very excited to be hosting the UK’s first Anahata Yoga Teacher Training with wonderful Anahata Yogini Bella Berggren.

Beaches we love

Pembrokeshire is, quite rightly, famous for it’s fabulous beaches and many are in easy reach of Cwm Connell. With Ceibwr Cove a short walk from your door and sandy Poppit Sands and Newport Beach a quick drive away you are sure to find just the right beach for you.

Our favourite walks

We love walking both along the coast and inland. With walks too numerous to mention we’ve chosen a few of our favourites close to home and further afield. Both the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and The Preseli Hills which loom above our coastline can make for some fabulous walking and amazing views – you can see Snowdon on a clear day….

Activities for all

Take a trip back in time to a megalithic monument or a Medieval Castle, enjoy the wonderful wildlife all around, get involved in an adventure sport, entertain the kids or all of the above. If you’ve had enough of beaches or your legs are tired of walking here are some of the things we enjoy.

Eating out

There are some lovely places to eat out and take a break from self catering. Here are the cafes, pubs and restaurants that we enjoy and frequent. Meat and Seafood couldn’t be fresher here and Pembrokshire’s reputation for wonderful vegetables (particularly our potatoes!) is well known. All in all it’s a recipe for good food and great eating out.

Here you’ll find all our favourite Galleries, Gift Shops, Markets and General Stores. Artists abound here in Pembrokeshire and we love browsing the galleries and gift shops. We buy all our fresh fish, meat and fruit and vegetables from the local farm shops and the markets listed here and you’ll find a summary of convenience stores nearby.
